Ülemiste City Stage I

Around 3.5 hectares of land between Keevise Street and Lõõtsa Street will be ready in 2012.

2006
• Reconstruction work on Keevise and Lõõtsa Streets was completed by 1 July 2006. Similar work on Suur-Sõjamäe Road was also be completed by then.
• The first office building was completed in June 2006 (airport side, Stage I). Sepapaja 6, Artur Lind building.
• The Mainor Business School building on Suur-Sõjamäe Road was completed in autumn 2006.
• Lõõtsa 6 Walter Zapp building Webmedia offices.

2007
• Construction of a 10-storey office building at the intersection of Suur-Sõjamäe Road and Lõõtsa Street began in summer 2006 and is completed in July 2007. Lõõtsa 2 A Ludvig Puusepp building.
• Stage I was completed in autumn 2006 and by the end of the first quarter of 2007 the former equipment factory adjacent to the abovementioned college is reconstructed as an office building. Lõõtsa 4, Johannes Käis building.
• Lõõtsa 6 Ülemiste City food-court Mercado
• ML Arvutid computer factory

2008
Once reconstruction work ended on Keevise and Lõõtsa Streets, heavy vehicle access to the Stage I area was limited and such services arranged for other sections of Ülemiste City from the east side.
• Ludvig Puusepp builing's sister-tower, Lõõtsa 2 B
• Lõõtsa 6 Walter Zapp building Helmes offices
• Park area
• Lõõtsa 8 Ustus Agur building

2009
• Ülemiste City Recreation Centre is on design phase. The Centre will include gym, kindergarten, medical support center and more. The Centre is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2011.
• Planning of Twin towers of Lõõtsa 8 B/C is underway. Completion of construction is expected around the year of 2012.

Alongside these works, construction of production companies has begun on Valukoja Street.
