Many new tenants have moved into Technopolis Ülemiste in the last few weeks.

Incap Electronics Estonia OÜ is expanding and will move into a larger office in Puusepa House B in May; internet marketing company Marketing Sharks OÜ and a full services agency Smart City Agency moved into Lõõtsa 2 A, and programming service provider Percival OÜ will also move there by the end of this month. The flower shop of Ülemiste City opened its doors last week.

The office of Incap Electronics Estonia is currently located in the Ustus Agur House (Lõõtsa 8) and they belong to the Incap Oyj Group whose head office is in Finland. In addition to the plant in Estonia, the group also has an electronics assembly plant in India, and two plants in Finland that manufacture sheet-metal products.
Incap Oyj has been listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange since 1997. Incap has been operating in Estonia for 11 years and in addition to the office at Lõõtsa 8 in Ülemiste City the company also has a plant in Kuressaare, where they are the biggest employer in the city. Incap is planning to open its new 388 m2 office in Lõõtsa 2 House B in May and move a part of its administrative unit there.

Marketing Sharks OÜ has an office in Lõõtsa 2 House A and they operate in the area of internet marketing. Their service portfolio includes creation of websites, search engine optimisation (SEO), internet and social media marketing and online shop solutions.

Smart City is full service agency built for today’s digital society. The company's main business areas are: creative consulting, branding, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social campaigns, communication support etc. The office of Smart City is located in Lõõtsa 2 House A

Percival OÜ is an IT company that offers programming services that will move into Lõõtsa 2 House A in the coming weeks.

The flower shop opened its doors on the ground floor of Lõõtsa 2 House A on 7 March.
