| Smart Business City welcomes its new residents
06.19.2012 During the last few months, several new companies have relocated to Technopolis Ülemiste. Among the biggest are Creditstar Group AS, Fortum Eesti AS, and Oskando OÜ. Konecranes will move into Lõõtsa 2A building on 1 July.
Translatum Baltic, offering professional translation services, has moved into Lõõtsa 2B building. Translatum is a preferred partner in the Technopolis’ Preferred Partner Program (P3) with offices in Tampere, Helsinki, and Tallinn. Estonia’s leading provider of GPS tracking services, Oskando OÜ, has found a suitable office in Puusepa B building. The company helps to turn innovative tracking and remote control technologies into convenient tools, in addition to manufacturing GSM- and GPS-based equipment, and offering telematics services. In addition to Fortum CFS (Corporate Finance Service) there is also Fortum Eesti AS residing in Puusepa B-building. Fortum CFS Eesti OÜ is financial unit of leading Nordic energy company servicing all enterprizes of Fortum group. Fortum Eesti AS is mainly involved with production and sales of electricity and thermal energy in Pärnu city. Fortum Eesti Tallinn administrative unit is located in the Smart Business City. Corbet Trans Group LLP, a company providing rail-based freight transport services, has moved into Lõõtsa 6 building. An online advertising agency, Advmaker OÜ, has moved into Aguri building. Raeplats OÜ, a retailer of suitcases and travel accessories, has moved its office to Sepapaja 5 building. There are also two new residents in the Lõõtsa 4 office building: a Lithuanian company, UAB Mida LT, which offers roofing materials; and Suomen Turvallisuuskoordinaattorit Tmi, which is a company selling timeshares. |
