Location

A mere 20-minute walk from the centre of Tallinn, near the Ülemiste intersection, 100 metres from the airport and 100 metres from the Ülemiste train station.

Furthermore, Ülemiste is located at the intersection of all major motorways leading out of Tallinn, which means that guests coming to Ülemiste City from outside Tallinn have excellent access to the City. It also means that driving out of Tallinn in any direction is easy and convenient.

Communication with the outside world is simple thanks to the vicinity of Tallinn Airport – there is a direct road to the airport from Ülemiste City; a five minute stroll will also take you there.

In addition to public transport (buses No 15 and 7) there is also an express bus line going directly between Ülemiste City and Mustamäe (through Tallinn city centre) which means that all people working at Ülemiste City can take advantage of direct transport to and from work.
