Service Manager to Oulu

We are looking for a Service Manager to lead the Service Operations in Oulu Area

Your main responsibilities are to supervise the local service team and support service sales as well as to execute and monitor the delivery and marketing of service activities. You will provide product support to the sales team and be responsible for the local procurement and co-operation with our service providers to make sure their delivery continuously matches our quality standards. Your role is critical in implementing Technopolis service concept and processes locally. The role also entails service budget responsibility, including service cost follow-up and forecasting.

Our new Service Manager is a systematic, sales-oriented and energetic team player with drive to succeed. Successful performance in this position calls for a positive service-minded attitude along with good communication skills.

We expect you to have first-hand experience from service delivery business and sales and sales support experience, particularly in the B2B sector. Experience of managerial tasks (e.g. as a team leader) is required in order to lead the service operations. Understanding the service need in expertise-driven business environment and/or experience from procurement and partner network management are highly valued. Moreover, you are an efficient user of IT-tools and fluent both in Finnish and English.
